For large creative teams

Many brands. Many campaigns. One team.

Every brand gets its own workspace with its memory kept apart in the database, every campaign its own project, with roles for your team and the credit price shown before every run.

For large creative teams

Built for large creative teams.

Many brands, many campaigns, one team: every brand keeps its own memory, every campaign its own project, and everyone works on the same canvas.

One workspace per brand, one project per campaign.

Organisation → brand workspace → project → approval. Members, roles and permissions per workspace. Six brands and this season's campaigns for each of them, six isolated memories, one team.

Approval chains that match how you actually work.

Concept, draft and final approvals, each with request and decision notes, each with a decider on record. Clients can approve from a share link without an account.

Spend per brand, in credits.

Each brand workspace shows what it spent this month, project by project, and can have its own credit budget. Every model's credit price is shown before a run starts.

Confidential by design.

For enterprises and teams working with confidential data: bring your own keys for Claude, Gemini, OpenAI and any image or video model, dedicated servers and private deployments on request, and end-to-end data privacy with a security review.

Born in production.

Zenflow was built as an internal tool inside a global agency network and used on live brand work for a year before it was a product. It was pulled out because the agency asked to white-label it.

Every run is one line: what ran, the credits quoted before you pressed generate, and the credits charged. A run that fails is refunded.

Credit price shown before every run.

Each model shows its credit price, per image or per second, before you press generate.

Top-up credits never expire.

Add credits any time. Plan credits renew monthly and carry over one month.

Failed runs are refunded.

If a model fails, the credits come back to you.

No hidden fees.

Runs are charged at the credit price the model shows.

A budget per brand.

Each brand workspace shows its monthly spend and can have its own credit cap.

Lineage on every asset.

What it was conditioned on, which rules applied, which model, which scores, who approved it and when.

Provenance on every export.

Client exports carry Content Credentials that chain the model's own signature to Zenflow's record of retrieval, conditioning and approval.

Audit for the connector.

Every tool call from an outside assistant is logged, scoped by token, and fenced so retrieved text is data, never instructions.

Export the memory.

The whole graph, yours to take.

What teams say

Quality strong enough to be showcased for Mars-owned global brands and a large Indian conglomerate.
VP & Head of Technology Growth, 22feet Tribal Worldwide.
The way it was able to retain and apply context without having to repeatedly re-reference the same information really stood out to me.
Coverstack Technologies, after a live demo.
It was evident that the team had spent time understanding how users actually interact with the product and translated that into a clean and thoughtful experience.
VP, Client Solutions, Sarvika Technologies.
