The Service
Zenflow AI is a visual workspace for building and running automated image and video generation workflows. Generation features are delivered through secure integrations with third-party model providers. We may add, change, or remove features and underlying providers over time to maintain or improve the Service.
Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at the address below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Credits, Purchases & Pricing
- The Service operates on a credit model. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when you run generations.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on our Products & Pricing page and are shown again before you confirm payment.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not billed on a recurring basis.
- The credit cost of each action is displayed in the app before you run it.
- We may update pricing from time to time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.
Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway partner in India. By making a payment, you also agree to the payment gateway's terms. We do not store your full card or bank account details on our servers. You represent that any payment method you use belongs to you and that you are authorized to use it.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility, including the 12-hour refund window, is described in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
- Is sexually explicit involving minors, or is otherwise abusive, hateful, or harassing
- Impersonates a real person or is intended to deceive or defraud
- Contains malware or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Violates the usage policies of the underlying third-party model providers
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where a violation is confirmed.
Your Content & Generated Outputs
- You retain ownership of the prompts, images, and other materials you upload (“Your Content”).
- You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service and deliver generation results to you.
- Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party provider terms, outputs you generate are yours to use.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and for how you use generated outputs.
Third-Party Providers
The Service relies on third-party providers for model integration, storage, and payment processing. Your use of features powered by those providers is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, but we select and integrate them in good faith.
Service Availability & Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-generated outputs are inherently variable and may not always meet your expectations. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Unused credits remain subject to the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at our registered place of business in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
